An Annulment Writing Workshop will be held at St. Peter Parish's St. Mary's Hall, 131 E. Temperance in Covington on February 23, March 2, 9, 16, and 23, 2010, 7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.  This program is for five consecutive Tuesdays and  attendance is required at all sessions. AUDIENCEPersons wishing to apply for an annulment; persons wishing to respond to an annulment; and/or persons called as witnesses for an annulment case.

PROGRAMSA series of five meetings addressing that part of the annulment process covered in the following topics:

bullet Introduction into the annulment process
bullet Life together
bullet The wedding day, honeymoon and engagement
bullet The former spouse's life before marriage
bullet The story of one's life before marriage

These meetings are led by trained lay ministers who have been through the annulment process and clergy members who work with the Metropolitan Tribunal of the Archdiocese of New Orleans.

The lay ministers share past experiences regarding the scheduled topic in order to assist participants in writing their own stories.  They pray for those who are writing their own story and are available to talk or answer questions after each session.

CRITERIAAnyone seeking information regarding the annulment process of the Catholic Church.
