 
AUDIENCE:
Separated, divorced, widowed, others
dealing with grief.
PROGRAMS:
Weekend experience for persons who have worked through the initial anger
and despair after the death or separation of a spouse (usually six months).
The weekend is designed to assist persons in working through stages
of grief and bringing closure to the past so they can begin anew.
The rhythm of the weekend is:
presentation by team members, personal reflection and writing, small
group sharing. The weekend is not a sensitivity session nor a
cure-all; it is a confidential, supportive opportunity for persons to
grow.
TIME:
Friday night to Sunday afternoon; weekends
held four times annually.
CRITERIA:
Persons who have experienced a death,
separation or divorce at least six months prior to weekend. Phone
screening prior to weekend attendance.
